Airgrix War Point™ Policy
1. Non-Transferable & Account-Bound
All Points are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be gifted, sold, or exchanged between user accounts for any reason.
Points are exclusively linked to the original purchaser’s account and cannot be merged or shared between multiple accounts.
2. No Cash Value or Redemption
Airgrix War Points do not hold any cash or monetary value.
Points may not be exchanged or redeemed for U.S. dollars, store credit, or any other form of currency.
Points do not accrue interest, are not securities, and do not constitute digital assets or legal tender.
3. Limited Usage
Points can only be used to redeem eligible products or services listed on Airgrix.com. They cannot be used on third-party platforms, marketplaces, or for external services.
Not all products are eligible for redemption via Points; Airgrix reserves the right to designate exclusions at its sole discretion.
4. Expiration & Forfeiture
Airgrix War Points™ do not expire. As long as your account remains active and in good standing, your accumulated Points will remain available for use at any time. There is no expiration period or inactivity penalty.
If an account is suspended, closed, or found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, all associated Points may be immediately forfeited without compensation.
5. Return & Refund Adjustments
If an order purchased with Points is refunded, the corresponding Points will be restored to the account if eligible.
If the original purchase earned Points but is later returned or refunded, the earned Points will be deductedfrom the user's account.
6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Points system (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, automated point farming, or fraudulent activities) will result in immediate account review and possible permanent ban from the loyalty program.
Airgrix.com reserves the right to audit accounts and adjust Points for errors, suspected abuse, or technical inconsistencies.
7. Program Changes & Termination
The Airgrix War Point™ system is intended as a long-term feature of the Airgrix.com platform and may also be offered as a purchasable product. While Airgrix.com reserves the right to improve or adjust the program over time, we do not anticipate terminating the system. In the rare event of any major changes, appropriate notice will be given to all account holders.
8. Final Sale – No Refunds on War Point Purchases
All purchases of Airgrix War Points™ made through Airgrix.com are considered final and non-refundable.
Once a transaction is completed, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchases, change of mind, or lack of usage.
By purchasing War Points, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
9. Tax Treatment of War Points
At AirGrix, we want your rewards experience to be simple and transparent. When you redeem Airgrix War Points for products or services on our site, you will not be asked to pay additional sales tax on the redemption portion.
1.No Extra Tax Charges to Customers
Customers will not be billed separately for sales tax when redeeming items with War Points.
2.Airgrix Handles Applicable Taxes
Any sales tax required by law for redeemed products will be calculated and remitted directly by Airgrix. Customers enjoy a seamless checkout without additional tax charges on War Point redemptions.
3.Mixed Payment Orders (Cash + War Points)
If an order includes both cash and War Points, only the cash portion will be subject to standard sales tax.
The redemption portion will remain covered by Airgrix, ensuring no extra cost to the customer.
4.Compliance Commitment
Airgrix will continue to collect and remit applicable sales taxes as required by state and federal law.
5.Final Interpretation
Airgrix reserves the right of final interpretation regarding War Point redemptions and related tax treatment.
10. Legal Disclaimer
Participation in the Airgrix War Point™ program is entirely voluntary.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that Points are a promotional incentive and not a legal or contractual entitlement.
The program is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service.
