Airgrix War Points™ Policy
The Airgrix War Points™ program rewards loyal customers and active community members. The official terms, usage rules, tax handling, and legal limits of the program are set out below.
Your Points never expire as long as your account remains in active, good standing.
No extra sales tax billed on the point-redeemed portion of your tactical gear.
Redeemable for eligible airsoft replicas, high-pressure magazines, and gear.
1. Non-Transferable & Account-Bound Architecture
All Airgrix War Points™ are strictly non-transferable and personal to the original purchaser or verified member account. Points may not be gifted, bartered, sold, or pooled between accounts for any reason.
Points stay permanently linked to the email and customer ID they were issued to, and cannot be combined or merged across accounts.
2. Absence of Cash Value or Monetary Redemption
Airgrix War Points™ represent promotional incentive units and carry no legal tender status, cash equivalent, or real-world monetary value. Specifically:
- Points cannot be cashed out or converted into U.S. dollars, other fiat currency, or external digital assets.
- Points do not earn interest, are not investment securities or digital tokens, and are not personal property.
3. Program Scope & Usage Boundaries
War Points may only be redeemed directly for qualifying products, merchandise upgrades, or promotional services offered on Airgrix.com. Points hold no validity across third-party marketplaces, localized retailer partner shops, or external tech repair services.
Not all items in our catalog qualify for point redemption. Airgrix may exclude specific items (such as limited MAP-controlled replicas or special pre-orders) at its discretion.
4. Expiration Policy & Account Forfeiture
Airgrix War Points™ do not expire. Your balance stays fully available as long as your account remains open, active, and in good standing with our community standards.
If an account is suspended, terminated, or banned for serious breaches of our Terms of Service, all accrued War Points will be forfeited immediately, without compensation or restoration.
5. Return Adjustments & Point Recalibration
- Orders Redeemed via Points: In the event an authorized RMA return is granted for an order acquired with War Points, the eligible redeemed points will be returned directly to the member’s account balance.
- Orders Earning Points: If a cash purchase that generated War Points is subsequently returned or refunded, the points credited from that transaction will be automatically deducted from your balance.
6. Abuse, Automated Exploits & Fraud Prevention
We have zero tolerance for system manipulation. Exploits — including multi-account manipulation, bot farming, fake reviews, or unauthorized API use — will trigger an immediate freeze of the account and a permanent ban from the Airgrix loyalty system.
Airgrix may audit loyalty balances and retroactively correct balances affected by software glitches, bugs, or administrative errors.
7. Program Architecture & Long-Term Commitment
The Airgrix War Points™ system is a long-term, foundational part of our store. We may adjust redemption rates, eligible categories, or tier multipliers as the business evolves, but we do not intend to end this program. If significant structural changes ever occur, we will publish clear advance notice to all account holders.
8. Direct Point Purchases: Final Sale & Non-Refundable
All purchases of Airgrix War Points™ (whether standalone point packs or promotional point bundles) are strictly Final Sale and 100% Non-Refundable.
Once a point purchase is processed through our payment gateway, no cancellations, chargebacks, or cash refunds will be authorized for any reason — including accidental purchase, lack of immediate use, or buyer’s remorse.
9. Tax Treatment of War Point Redemptions
To keep your rewards transparent and predictable, Airgrix applies the following tax treatment to point redemptions:
- No Additional Sales Tax Billed to You: You will not encounter unexpected sales tax line-items assessed on the War Point redemption portion of your order during checkout.
- Platform Tax Handling: Any statutory retail sales taxes mandated by state and municipal tax jurisdictions are calculated, absorbed, and remitted directly by Airgrix Inc.
- Split Payment Orders (Cash + Points): On orders settled via both legal currency and War Points, sales tax is assessed strictly on the cash balance paid. The point-covered merchandise portion remains tax-free for the buyer.
- Statutory Compliance: Airgrix continues full compliance with state and federal nexus taxation laws. Airgrix reserves the final authority of interpretation regarding redemption tax handling.
10. Legal Disclaimer & Choice of Law
Participation in the Airgrix War Points™ program is voluntary. By enrolling, you agree that Points are a promotional incentive, not a contractual debt or vested property right.
This program is executed and administered under the statutory laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal controversies arising from program participation or point disputes shall be resolved in strict alignment with the dispute resolution and binding arbitration provisions outlined in our master Terms of Service.
