Safety & assumption of risk

Airsoft products can cause injury or property damage when handled improperly. You assume responsibility for the safe handling, operation, storage, transport, maintenance, and use of products purchased from Airgrix.

Always use appropriate protective equipment, including ANSI Z87+ rated eye protection or equivalent protection required by your local field or event organizer. Never point an Airsoft replica at a person who is not participating in a controlled, lawful Airsoft activity, and always treat every replica as though it were capable of firing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airgrix is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, penalties, or other consequences arising from unsafe handling, unlawful use, improper modification, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions and applicable laws.

Safety markings & orange-tip notice

Airsoft replicas may be sold, shipped, or imported with required safety markings, including a blaze-orange muzzle marking or other markings required by applicable law. Requirements can vary by product, destination, and jurisdiction.

Do not alter, remove, obscure, or tamper with required safety markings. Doing so can create serious safety and legal risks. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws that apply to possession, transport, display, modification, sale, and use of imitation firearms in your location.

Applicable law & disputes

Purchases made through Airgrix.com are processed in California. Except where otherwise required by applicable law or stated in Airgrix’s governing Terms of Service, disputes relating to a purchase or use of the site are governed by California law.

Any venue, jurisdiction, arbitration, class-action waiver, or other dispute-resolution terms are governed by the applicable Airgrix Terms of Service and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Export & destination restrictions

Some products, components, technologies, or shipments may be subject to U.S. export-control laws, shipping restrictions, destination restrictions, or other legal requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any required authorizations before exporting, re-exporting, transferring, or reselling restricted items.

Airgrix may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when required by law, carrier policy, manufacturer policy, or destination restrictions.

Any product warranty, return eligibility, or remedy is limited to the terms expressly provided by Airgrix or the relevant manufacturer. Except where prohibited by law, no additional warranties are created by product descriptions, photographs, recommendations, or customer communications.
