Orders, Shipping & Logistics

How can I get immediate assistance with my order?

Email our customer support at service@airgrix.com with your Order Number (e.g., #AG-1024), the SKU or item name, and a concise outline of your inquiry. If you are experiencing mechanical or installation concerns, attaching brief photos or short video clips accelerates diagnosis.

Our typical support response window is 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, standard warehouse operating hours).

Where can I locate my verified Order Number?

Your order number is generated instantly upon checkout and sent to your registered email address inside the automated order confirmation notice. Registered customers can also view complete order histories inside the Airgrix Account Dashboard.

If you checked out as a guest and cannot locate the email, contact support with your full billing name, approximate date of purchase, and delivery ZIP code.

Can I modify or cancel an order after checkout?

To ensure industry-fast dispatch, orders are transmitted almost immediately to our picking and packing queues. Once an order enters processing or packaging, items cannot be added, swapped, or canceled.

If you spot an address error, email service@airgrix.com immediately. If the parcel has already been manifested or transferred to the carrier, changes cannot be applied and the shipment must be processed as a standard return post-delivery.

Are there cities you cannot ship complete airsoft guns to?

Yes. Local laws in New York City (NY), Baltimore (MD), Chicago (IL), Cleveland (OH), and Burbank (CA) prohibit realistic replica and airsoft guns, so we cannot ship complete airsoft guns or airguns to delivery addresses in these cities. The same applies to Evanston, Deerfield, Maywood, Tinley Park, and Oak Forest (IL), where local ordinances ban the possession or transfer of air guns — including air pistols, which these ordinances cover under their air-rifle definitions. Bannockburn (IL) likewise prohibits the possession of any air gun. Orders for complete guns placed to these areas will be canceled and fully refunded.

Parts, magazines, accessories, and gear are not affected and ship to these cities normally. Every replica we ship includes the federally required orange tip and complies with 15 U.S.C. § 5001 marking requirements.

Product Setup & Tactical Compatibility

How do I confirm whether an upgrade part fits my replica?

Airsoft manufacturing tolerances vary significantly across factories. Even within identical platforms (such as TM-spec vs. VFC-spec), parts are rarely 100% universal across all brands.

Before ordering internal or external components, verify:

  • Your exact replica manufacturer, generation, and receiver type.
  • The specific fitment criteria and exclusion notes published on the product page.
  • Any existing modifications (e.g., custom outer barrels, aftermarket slides, reinforced gearboxes, or flared magwells).

Unsure about fitment? Send high-resolution photos of your stripped slide or gearbox along with your replica model to service@airgrix.com before ordering.

What BB weight should I select, and how do I dial in my hop-up?

BB weight directly governs trajectory stability, wind resistance, and impact consistency:

  • 0.20g: Suitable for indoor CQB arenas and baseline chronograph calibration.
  • 0.25g – 0.28g: Standard all-around weight for outdoor AEG assault platforms and GBB sidearms.
  • 0.30g – 0.40g+: Recommended for tuned DMR builds, sniper platforms, and flat long-distance engagement.

Always adjust your hop-up wheel in minute, single-click increments on a zeroed target line. Substandard, seam-split, or low-cost BBs will foul hop-up buckings and can cause catastrophic inner barrel jams.

Why does my upgraded pistol no longer seat properly in its holster?

Kydex and rigid molded holsters lock onto strict factory exterior silhouettes (usually the trigger guard or weapon-mounted light body). Installing optics (RMR/reflex red dots), threaded muzzle adapters, extended slide catches, or weapon lights will change physical clearance.

Ensure your holster includes an optic-cut hood and matches the exact brand and footprint of your mounted tactical flashlight or laser module.

Technical Diagnostics & Field Troubleshooting

My replica is suffering from erratic feeding or velocity drops. What should I check?

Perform these standard field bench checks before replacing components:

  1. Ammunition Quality: Verify BBs are seamless, mirror-polished, and free from dirt or barrel debris.
  2. Hop-Up Bucking & Barrel: Inspect the bucking lip for tears and swab the inner barrel with a clean microfiber patch (do not over-saturate with oil).
  3. Gas Seal & Temperature (GBB): Inspect the magazine output valves, check for dry O-rings, and avoid rapid continuous dumping that causes thermal freeze-up.
  4. Battery Output (AEG): Ensure your LiPo battery maintains balanced cell voltage and that motor connector tabs remain firmly seated.

If erratic behavior persists, email our techs at service@airgrix.com with a short video clip illustrating the cycle or feeding issue.

What details should I provide when filing a technical support inquiry?

To assist our armorers in resolving your case rapidly, please provide:

  • Your Airgrix order number and date of delivery.
  • Exact replica manufacturer, model variant, and drive system (AEG, GBB, HPA, CO2).
  • Ammunition weight, brand, and propellant type used.
  • A clear 10–20 second video or high-resolution photos highlighting the cycling fault, gas venting, or fitment binding.
What should I do if checkout buttons, gift cards, or forms fail to load?

Clear your browser cache, ensure script-blocking or aggressive ad-blocking extensions are temporarily disabled, or test inside a private/incognito window. If the error continues, capture a screenshot of your cart error and email service@airgrix.com so our dev desk can clear your session.

Returns, Exchanges & RMA Authorizations

How do I submit an RMA for return, repair, or warranty service?

Initiate your return or warranty submission by emailing our RMA claims desk directly at rma@airgrix.com with your order number, serial number (if applicable), and reason for return.

Strict Warehouse Policy: Never send an item back without an official Airgrix RMA authorization number. Unauthorized parcels lacking valid RMA manifests on the exterior packaging will be refused at our intake dock or discarded after 30 days.

Warehouse Packaging Rule: Do not place loose, unverified handwritten notes inside return parcels. All return claims must be logged digitally through rma@airgrix.com to ensure proper tracking and insurance coverage.
How long does it take to process an RMA claim?

RMA submissions are reviewed in sequential order within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Once your authorized return arrives at our facility, technical inspection and bench testing are completed within 3–5 business days prior to credit issuance or replacement dispatch.

What condition must returned items be in?

Non-warranty elective returns must arrive in 100% brand-new, unused, and unfired condition inside original factory retail packaging with all manuals, flash hiders, and unblemished accessories included. No restocking fees apply. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for full details.
