Order Processing & Shipping Policy
We are committed to getting your order processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our processing and shipping policy:
Shipping Timeframes
Express orders (UPS Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Select) are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Standard Ground orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need to make changes urgently, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee success, we will do our best to assist.
Split Shipments for Pre-Orders & Backorders
Orders containing pre-order or backordered items may be shipped in multiple packages.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from split shipments will be covered by Airgrix.com.
If you prefer to wait and ship everything together or receive a refund for the backordered item, please contact our support team.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Standard Free Shipping (48 States)
Orders with a subtotal of $59 or more (before taxes, after discounts) qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states).
This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
AirGrix War Points Redemption
Customers who redeem 15,000 AirGrix War Points or more in a single order also qualify for free ground shipping (48 states only).
Mixed Payment Orders (Cash + Points)
If your order contains both redeemed points and a cash purchase, free shipping applies when either of the following conditions is met:
Redeemed products total 10,000 points or more, OR
The cash portion of the order is $40 or more.
Notes & Restrictions
Free shipping is available only within the contiguous 48 states.
Expedited shipping methods (2-Day, Overnight, etc.) are not covered under this policy and will incur additional charges.
Free shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts, coupons, or promotions are applied.
Shipping thresholds and point redemption rules are subject to review and may change without notice.
AirGrix reserves the right of final interpretation of shipping eligibility.
