Refund policy
Important Notice: All returns, exchanges, and warranty submissions require an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned at the sender's expense or discarded after 30 days.

1. Transit Damage & Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If your shipment shows physical damage upon arrival:
- Refused Delivery for Visible Damage: If transit damage is immediately apparent at delivery, you may refuse the package with the carrier. Airgrix will dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero additional charge and manage the carrier investigation directly.
- Concealed Damage / Opened Packages: If damage is discovered after opening, keep all original packaging (inner and outer), packing materials, and invoice receipts intact. Immediately email our support team at service@airgrix.com.
- Carrier Claim Window: Carrier inspection and damage claim resolution typically takes up to 10 business days.
2. 30-Day Limited Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, qualifying items purchased directly through Airgrix.com for delivery within the United States include a 30-Day Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
- Remedy Scope: Warranty coverage protects against proven manufacturer defects in materials or assembly. As determined by Airgrix technicians, remedies include factory repair or product replacement.
- Repair-Only Items: Open-box items, Mission Clearance products, custom builds, and built-to-order tactical platforms carry limited warranty coverage and are strictly eligible for repair services only (no replacement/refund).
- Third-Party Purchases: Products bought through unauthorized marketplaces or third-party resellers are not eligible for Airgrix warranty support.
3. RMA Submission & Inspection Process
- Submit Request: Email rma@airgrix.com with your order number, the item name exactly as it appears on your order, and a brief reason for the return. Please wait for our reply with authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
- Await Authorization: An RMA specialist will review your ticket and provide your RMA number and return packing instructions within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Inspection Evaluation: Our technical staff will bench-test the returned item to confirm whether the reported fault qualifies under our warranty terms.
4. 30-Day Non-Warranty Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind reasons, provided the item is brand-new, unused, unaltered, and unopened, in its original factory packaging with all seal tags and manuals attached.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.
- Seller Errors: No restocking fee is charged when a return results from an Airgrix fulfillment error (e.g., incorrect model or color sent).
- Shipping Cost Deductions: Return postage is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for our Free Shipping promotion, the actual outbound shipping expenses incurred by Airgrix will be deducted from your final refund balance.
- Time Limits: Elective, non-warranty returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days post-delivery. (This restriction does not alter warranty rights).
5. Returns for Airgrix War Points™ Credit
Customers may choose store credit in the form of Airgrix War Points™ instead of a credit card refund within 30 days of delivery. The returned merchandise must remain in brand-new condition with factory packaging intact. Outbound shipping deductions will still apply to the adjusted point credit. No restocking fee is charged.
6. Warranty Exclusions & Void Conditions
The following conditions strictly void all warranty coverage:
- Ammunition Damage: Using low-grade, seamed, reused, or undersized BBs voids the warranty automatically. High-grade polished BBs weighing 0.20g or heavier are required.
- Aftermarket Modification: Disassembly, gearbox shimming, motor rewiring, or aftermarket internal installations void the warranty immediately. Defective upgrade parts must be reported before installation.
- Exempt Product Categories: Airsoft platforms priced under $70.00 USD, footwear/apparel, rechargeable/disposable battery cells, and items from third-party vendors.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, Green Gas, and 12g CO2 capsules cannot be returned due to shipping safety regulations. Please address issues directly with the manufacturer.

8. Refund Issuance & Final Determination
Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days of RMA check-in and inspection completion. Bank posting intervals may vary according to card issuer terms.
Airgrix.com reserves the right to determine item condition, verify defect claims, and calculate final refund amounts in accordance with these published terms.
