1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Airgrix.com (the "Site"), you agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions outlined herein and our accompanying policies, disclaimers, and waivers. These Terms of Use may be updated periodically without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Site implies your agreement to all modifications.

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or make a purchase. By placing an order, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. User Account Security

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to Airgrix.com.

4. Safety and Liability Disclaimer

All items sold on Airgrix.com are intended for lawful recreational use only. By purchasing, you assume all liability for the safe handling, operation, and use of the product. Airgrix.com shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, legal consequence, or misuse. It is your responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, logos, and product imagery are the property of Airgrix.com or its licensors. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use this Site to upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of others. Airgrix.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of these rules.

7. Product Warranty & Return Policy

All items come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects.

Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

Refunds and Airgrix War Points

Approved refunds may be issued in one of two forms, at the discretion of the customer:

Monetary Refund: Refunds to the original payment method are available for eligible returns. A 25% restocking fee applies to any refund requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Airgrix War Points: As an alternative to a cash refund, customers may opt to receive the refund amount in the form of Airgrix War Points—our site-exclusive store credit. War Points can be used for future purchases on Airgrix.com.

8. Airgrix War Points Policy

War Points are account-bound and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted.

They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

War Points are redeemable only for merchandise on Airgrix.com.

War Points do not expire.

If you purchase War Points directly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

9. Order and Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Orders with expedited shipping placed before 1 PM PST may ship same day.

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Address updates must be requested immediately.

To avoid duplicate orders, do not click "Back" after confirming your order.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal matter shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airgrix.com, its parent company, affiliates, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Airgrix.com disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airgrix.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or products purchased herein.
