Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using Airgrix.com. This agreement works together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Warranty Policy.

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Airgrix.com (“Airgrix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By browsing, registering an account, or purchasing merchandise from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all operational policies referenced in them.

Airgrix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect immediately upon posting, marked by the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued participation on the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Airsoft replicas, magazines, or associated equipment through Airgrix.com. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If purchasing on behalf of a registered business, field venue, or tactical group, you certify that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

03. User Accounts & Security

When creating a customer account, you agree to provide accurate and current registration details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

Notify our customer support  immediately at service@airgrix.com if you detect unauthorized access or security breaches. Airgrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, credential sharing, or attempts to circumvent policy.

04. Airsoft Safety, Lawful Use & Assumption of Risk

Replicas and tactical gear distributed by Airgrix are intended strictly for lawful, organized recreational sports and authorized training environments.

  • Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local municipal laws concerning the purchase, ownership, transit, and open display of Airsoft equipment.
  • Eye & Face Protection: You agree to always use certified ballistic eye protection (ANSI Z87.1+ rated) and full-face coverage during firing activities.
  • Blaze Orange Markers: Altering, concealing, or removing factory blaze orange flash hiders or state-mandated markings (such as California SB 199 markings) is strictly prohibited by law.
  • Assumption of Risk: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly assume all inherent risks — including physical injury, property damage, or confiscation — arising from the operation or modification of Airsoft equipment. Airgrix disclaims all liability for reckless discharge or improper field conduct.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

All storefront assets—including written descriptions, graphic branding, technical diagrams, video media, interface layouts, and source code—are the intellectual property of Airgrix or its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright and trademark conventions.

Customers are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal shopping use. Commercial scraping, mirroring, framing, or unauthorized replication of Site content without our prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

06. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to carry out fraudulent checkouts, inject malicious code, deploy scraping bots or inventory crawlers, or circumvent security rate limits. We reserve the right to block malicious IP ranges and cooperate with federal and local cybercrime authorities in cases of payment or transaction fraud.

07. Product Fitment, Descriptions & Order Acceptance

Technical Tolerance Notice: Due to manufacturing variances across replica factories, mechanical compatibility between aftermarket components (gearboxes, motors, hop-up buckings, slides) is never universally guaranteed. Internal upgrades often demand professional gunsmith tuning or shimming. Never force mechanical parts into tight receivers.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory. An order confirmation means we have received your purchase offer; it is not final acceptance. Airgrix reserves the right to decline, cancel, or adjust orders due to stock miscounts, pricing errors, or regional shipping bans. Any funds captured for canceled items are promptly refunded to your original payment method.

08. Returns, Limited Warranty & Airgrix War Points™

All product returns and warranty claims are governed by our standalone Refund & Warranty Policy. Key terms include:

  • RMA Requirement: Returned merchandise must be accompanied by an official RMA number issued by rma@airgrix.com. Deliveries lacking an RMA label will be rejected at our warehouse dock.
  • 30-Day Window: Unopened, unfired merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery (subject to standard restocking fees). 
  • Warranty Scope: Our 30-day limited warranty covers factory defects. It excludes normal wear, consumables (O-rings, BBs, buckings), gearbox teardown, or low-quality ammunition damage.

Airgrix War Points™ Loyalty Terms:

  • War Points are linked to your authenticated member profile and remain strictly non-transferable.
  • Points carry no fiat currency value and cannot be cashed out or assigned to external entities.
  • Points do not expire so long as your account remains in active standing.
  • Mystery Boxes, promotional reward packs, and direct point redemptions are strictly Final Sale.

09. Fulfillment, Transit & Delivery

Standard in-stock merchandise typically processes within 1–3 business days. Transit times provided by carriers are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Expedited shipping services (e.g., UPS 2-Day Air) speed up transit after dispatch, but do not skip mandatory warehouse bench inspections. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout; once a parcel has entered dispatch processing, routing changes cannot be made. Resubmitting checkout forms repeatedly during payment delays may trigger duplicate bank pre-authorizations.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your transactions with Airgrix shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration in accordance with California commercial arbitration standards, rather than through class-action litigation.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airgrix, its corporate affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against all liabilities, losses, claims, and legal fees resulting from: (a) your misuse or negligent handling of Airsoft equipment; (b) your violation of municipal or federal ordinances; or (c) your breach of these Terms.

12. Site Modifications & Account Termination

Airgrix may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product line, or promotion at any time without liability. We reserve the right to deny service, terminate member privileges, or freeze point balances for confirmed fraudulent conduct or bad-faith abuse.

13. Disclaimers of Warranties

Except as expressly set forth in our written 30-Day Limited Warranty, the Site and all merchandise distributed through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” baseline. Airgrix explicitly disclaims all other warranties, whether statutory, express, or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular tactical purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no legal theory shall Airgrix or its representatives be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any equipment purchased. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the actual purchase amount you paid for the specific item in dispute.
