Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Airgrix.com (the “Site”), including purchases made through the Site. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies or notices incorporated by reference, including applicable product-use, shipping, return, warranty, and privacy policies.

Airgrix may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you access the Site on behalf of an organization, entity, or business, you represent that you hold actual authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

User Accounts & Security

If the Site offers customer registration, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and to promptly keep it updated. You remain entirely responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify Airgrix immediately at service@airgrix.com if you suspect unauthorized account activity. Airgrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect violations of these Terms, security compromises, or fraudulent behavior.

Airsoft Safety, Lawful Use & Assumption of Risk

Products sold through the Site are intended strictly for lawful, recreational Airsoft and tactical sport use. You are solely responsible for the safe handling, operation, storage, transport, maintenance, part installation, and deployment of any equipment purchased.

You agree to observe all municipal, state, and federal laws, local field safety rules, and manufacturer directions. Always utilize certified ballistic eye protection (ANSI Z87.1+ rated) and appropriate face coverage mandated by professional field operators.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you explicitly assume all inherent risks associated with handling Airsoft replicas and accessories. Airgrix assumes no liability for bodily injury, property loss, legal confiscations, or consequential damages resulting from improper handling, safety violations, unauthorized modifications, or negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including copy, branding, high-resolution product imagery, technical guides, media clips, design schematics, and digital code—is the property of Airgrix or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark protections.

You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial shopping use. You may not scrape, frame, mirror, duplicate, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any Site materials without explicit written consent from Airgrix.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to conduct unlawful acts, submit deceptive payment instruments, upload malicious scripts, scrape pricing structures with automated spiders, bypass cart limitations, or infringe on third-party rights.

Airgrix proactively investigates suspicious transactions and reserves the right to deny order requests, restrict IP ranges, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases of detected fraud.

Product Information, Orders & Availability

Product specifications, dimensions, FPS ratings, pricing, and stock status are subject to change without notice. While we strive for absolute accuracy, Airgrix does not warrant that product descriptions or listings are error-free.

Mechanical compatibility varies across replica manufacturers, production batches, and tolerances. Please review fitment requirements prior to installation. Technical internal upgrades often require professional shimming or armorer adjustments; never force aftermarket components into tight receivers.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Airgrix reserves the right to limit, cancel, or refund any order due to inventory discrepancies, suspected fraudulent gateway triggers, or legal shipping prohibitions. Captured funds for canceled orders are promptly refunded through the original payment processor.

Warranty, Returns, Refunds & Airgrix War Points

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product listing, eligible items are protected by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the recorded delivery date. This limited warranty explicitly excludes regular wear-and-tear, consumables (O-rings, hop-up buckings, BBs), teardown damage, poor lubrication, or aftermarket gearbox tampering.

Return authorization requests must be submitted within 45 days of recorded delivery. Items must be brand new, completely unfired, and retained within complete retail packaging with all manuals and protective inserts.

Returns requested between 31 and 45 days after delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Initial express delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Upon RMA verification, refunds can be remitted to the original payment source or issued as store credit via Airgrix War Points. Final determination depends on item inspection and our documented return guidelines.

Airgrix War Points Program

• War Points are linked directly to your authenticated member profile and remain strictly non-transferable.
• Points hold no real-world cash surrender value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Points may be redeemed toward eligible items at checkout in accordance with active membership tier limits.
• Standard earned War Points do not expire, provided the account remains active and in good standing.
• Direct cash purchases of War Points or promotional Mystery Boxes are final sale.

Orders, Fulfillment & Delivery

In-stock inventory generally ships within 1–3 business days from our warehouse. Transit timelines provided by regional carriers are estimates and do not guarantee fixed arrival dates.

Expedited shipping tiers (e.g., 2-Day Air) accelerate transit times with the carrier once dispatched, but do not bypass standard bench processing or fraud reviews.

Verify your shipping destination during checkout. In the event of an address error, reach out to service@airgrix.com immediately. Address alterations cannot be accommodated once a parcel has entered manifest processing.

To avoid duplicate merchant authorization charges, please do not resubmit checkout forms multiple times if a gateway delay occurs.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Except where preempted by federal statutes, these Terms and all Site transactions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any unresolved controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be handled through confidential, binding dispute resolution procedures in accordance with California commercial arbitration frameworks.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Airgrix, its corporate affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising from your misuse of Airsoft equipment, violation of municipal regulations, or breach of these Terms.

Site Changes & Termination

Airgrix reserves the authority to modify, pause, or decommission any store service, membership privilege, or product assortment without liability. We reserve the explicit right to decline service, cancel pending orders, or lock member credentials for suspected policy abuse or deceptive practices.

Disclaimers of Warranties

Except as explicitly provided in our product warranty documentation, the Site, storefront features, and all merchandise are distributed on an “as is” and “as available” baseline without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular game scenario.

Limitation of Liability

Under no legal doctrine shall Airgrix, its representatives, or brand owners be liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the handling or ownership of any item acquired through the platform.

In all instances where limitations are constrained by regional statute, our maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the actual purchase amount remitted for the specific item in contention.
