Master Agreement Incorporation
Your purchase confirms your binding acceptance of this agreement alongside our comprehensive operational policies:
1. Airsoft Safety Policy & Lawful Conduct
Safety is non-negotiable. Replicas distributed by Airgrix are intended solely for lawful sporting activities, authorized field games, and tactical drills. Every user must observe the following precautions:
- Mandatory Eye & Face Protection: Certified ballistic eye protection (ANSI Z87.1+ rated) and full-face coverage must be worn at all times by both operators and nearby spectators during live handling or target practice.
- Prohibition on Public Display: Displaying airsoft replicas in public areas, roads, vehicles, or school grounds is illegal, hazardous, and strictly prohibited. Transport replicas in fully zipped, non-transparent gun cases in your vehicle’s trunk.
- Private Property Awareness: If operating on private property (e.g., backyard plinking), notify adjacent neighbors beforehand to avoid alarming the public or prompting emergency police intervention.
- Youth Supervision: Minors must be directly supervised by a knowledgeable adult. Educate youth regarding muzzle discipline, trigger safety, and the hazards of accidental discharge.
- Battery & Gas Handling: Treat Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries and compressed gases (Green Gas / 12g CO2) with extreme care. Charge LiPo cells only in fireproof bags with dedicated balance chargers; never store pressurized gas canisters in high-heat environments.

2. Payment Terms & Backorder Protection
Your selected payment method is pre-authorized and captured in full at checkout to secure allocation in our fulfillment queue.
If an ordered item becomes unexpectedly unavailable or enters backorder status after checkout, you hold the right to request an immediate, 100% full or partial refund at any time prior to warehouse dispatch.
3. Warranty Terms & Technical Limitations
Unless stated otherwise, new products or factory services completed by Airgrix-certified technicians carry a 30-day limited technical warranty from the confirmed delivery date:
- Exclusions on High-Stress Builds: Custom-tuned high-cadence or high-FPS builds may be excluded from standard warranty coverage based on technical tolerances. Customers will be notified in writing for approval prior to order finalization.
- Substandard Ammunition Void: Using BBs lighter than 0.20g, recycled BBs, or budget seam-split ammunition voids internal gearbox warranties immediately. Use only precision-grade polished BBs.
- Operational Misuse: Battery reverse-polarity faults, overcharging, stripped motor screws from forced adjustment, or water submersion are not covered.
- Direct Purchase Requirement: Only purchases made directly via Airgrix.com are covered. Items acquired through third-party vendors or secondary marketplaces are ineligible.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Our warehouse operates an automated dispatch flow. Once an order is submitted into our fulfillment database, it cannot be modified, canceled, or item-swapped.
If an item is no longer required, you may submit a return request through our standard RMA portal once the package has arrived at your destination.
Shipping Address Corrections:
To request a shipping address correction, contact service@airgrix.com immediately with your order number. While we make every attempt to adjust details before manifest generation, adjustments cannot be guaranteed once dispatch handling commences.
Event Tickets & Admission Passes:
Unless explicitly indicated on the ticket page, all cancellation or refund requests for sponsored games, clinics, or event registrations must be received at least 5 calendar days prior to the scheduled date. Requests submitted inside 5 days are strictly non-refundable.
5. Buyer Legal Acknowledgments & Jurisdictional Agreement
By completing your purchase, you legally affirm and warrant that:
- You hold lawful authority and full legal title over all items purchased.
- You accept full legal responsibility for operating all equipment in adherence to all federal, state, and local ordinances.
- Federal Blaze Orange Mandate: You will never alter, paint over, or remove the federally mandated blaze orange tip (or California SB 199 fluorescent identifiers) from any replica.
- You will maintain certified eye protection during all operations and ensure observers are equally equipped.
- You agree to hold harmless Airgrix Inc., its directors, staff, and logistics affiliates against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from the deployment or misuse of purchased equipment.
Choice of Law: All transactions executed on Airgrix.com are deemed originated, billed, and processed in California, USA. Any unresolved legal dispute arising from transactions on this site shall be handled strictly under the jurisdiction of the State of California.
6. Airgrix War Points™ Loyalty Terms
Airgrix War Points™ (“Points”) represent non-monetary loyalty rewards issued to authenticated customer accounts. Points possess no cash surrender value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
Point accumulation rates, tiers, and redemption criteria are governed by active program parameters and may be audited periodically to prevent balance exploitation or abuse.
7. Promotional Coupons & Price Adjustment Guarantee
Coupon Code Guidelines:
- Only promotional codes distributed directly through Airgrix.com or official newsletters are valid. Unauthorized coupon aggregator listings will not be recognized.
- Strict limit of one (1) coupon code per order. Codes cannot be stacked with concurrent discounts or site-wide sales unless specified.
- Coupons cannot be applied to clearance items, MAP-protected hardware, or open-box goods.
5-Day Post-Delivery Price Adjustment Guarantee:
We stand behind our pricing. If an item you purchased experiences a price drop or you missed a valid coupon code, we will honor the difference within 5 calendar days of recorded delivery under the following conditions:
- The identical product SKU, color, and size must remain actively in stock on Airgrix.com at the time of your adjustment request.
- The promotional code must have been legitimately active at the moment your adjustment ticket is submitted.
- Requests submitted more than 5 days post-delivery, or for out-of-stock items, are ineligible for retroactive credit.
