Airsoft Safety Policy

Safety is our top priority. We ask all users to follow applicable laws, practice responsible behavior, and help keep airsoft safe and enjoyable for everyone in the community.

General Safety Guidelines

Always wear eye protection — Both users and anyone nearby must wear proper eye protection at all times when operating or observing airsoft guns.

Never display airsoft guns in public. Doing so is illegal and dangerous. Airsoft guns should never be brought to public spaces or schools.

Inform your neighbors if you plan to play airsoft on private property, such as your backyard, to avoid misunderstandings or legal issues.

Proper supervision and education are essential when allowing minors to handle airsoft products. Ensure they are aware of the risks and how to use the equipment safely.

Use protective gear — Full-seal goggles, face masks, and other safety equipment should always be worn to reduce the risk of injury.

Handle batteries and gas with care — Lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries and compressed gas can be hazardous if not used and stored correctly. Mishandling may result in fire, injury, or worse.

Read all safety instructions before using any airsoft product or accessory. Misuse may result in serious consequences.

Payment Terms

Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable or backordered after purchase, you may request a full or partial refund at any time before it ships.

 

Warranty Disclaimer

Products upgraded ,repaired by Airgrix-certified technicians or replaced carry a limited 30-day service warranty.

Certain high-stress builds may be excluded from warranty coverage based on technical discretion. If this applies, we will inform you in advance and offer alternatives for your approval.

Using BBs lighter than 0.20g or of substandard quality may void warranty coverage. We recommend high-grade BBs to preserve product integrity.

Warranty does not cover misuse, including improper battery use that results in damage to the gun, charger, or battery.

Products not purchased directly from Airgrix.com are not covered under our warranty.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We work hard to process and fulfill orders quickly. Once an order is placed and entered into our system, it cannot be modified, canceled, or altered. This includes adding items, removing items, or changing order details.

If you no longer need the item, you may submit a return request after your order has been delivered.

Shipping Address or Method Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or delivery method, please contact our support team immediately at [your contact method].
We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Event / Ticket / Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all cancellation or refund requests for events or tickets must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the scheduled date.
Requests submitted less than 5 days in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Airgrix.com, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

The buyer assumes full ownership of all products purchased from Airgrix.com and affiliated platforms.

The buyer accepts full responsibility and liability for the proper and lawful use of all items purchased.

The buyer agrees not to alter, modify, or remove the federally required blaze orange tip from any airsoft replica or related product.

The buyer agrees to wear appropriate eye protection at all times while operating airsoft products and to ensure that all bystanders are also properly protected.

The buyer agrees to hold Airgrix Inc., its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, or legal consequences resulting from the purchase, misuse, or operation of any product.

The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of airsoft products.

All transactions conducted on Airgrix.com are deemed to be processed and sourced in California, USA, and any legal disputes arising from such transactions will be handled under the jurisdiction of the State of California.

 

Airgrix War Point Policy

Airgrix War Points™ (“Points”) are issued by Airgrix.com as a part of our customer loyalty program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the accumulation, usage, and limitations of Airgrix War Points in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and platform policies

At Airgrix.com, we occasionally offer exclusive coupon codes to provide our customers with extra savings on select products or shipping.

Post-Order Price Adjustments

We will honor valid coupon codes up to 5 days after delivery of your order, as long as the code was active at the time of your request.

We will also match any price drop or promotional discount within 5 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is still in stock and The item is actively on sale at the time of the request.

Requests made beyond 5 days after delivery, or for out-of-stock items, may not be eligible for adjustment.
